What are
Bible Study Sheets?
Bible Study Sheets are a tool for adult Christians to easily and effectively read a book of the Bible with children, youth, and new believers. After downloading and opening a PDF of a book of the Bible from above, go to the “printer” icon in the upper right side of the PDF viewer to open the printer window. Under “pages to print” on the right side of the window, input the two page numbers of the lesson to be printed, separated by a dash e.g. 5-6. Also, in the right pane under More Settings, check the box for “print on both sides” to print both pages of the lesson on a single sheet of paper.
Study Questions
- At the top of the first page of each lesson will be the Bible passage’s chapter and verse references and title.
- After praying for your study time, read through the first section of the Biblical passage indicated before each of the questions
- Then, ask your student or students the first question. Ask them how they came to their conclusion? Explain any words your students do not understand and ask them to explain what they think that this section of the passage is saying.
Question Answers
To help adult Christians more easily study the Bible with children, youth, and new believers on the reverse side of each Bible Study Sheet are blocks of explanatory information keyed to each of the questions with the answers underlined and bolded. These explanatory sections can simply be read aloud or used as a starting point for your own study of the passage.
By using these Bible Study Sheets with your students each week, you will help them Know Jesus through the Bible and to Love the Church as they study with you and their fellow students.
